Our Story
Roaster's Notebook is a husband-and-wife coffee micro-roastery founded in Utah County. What started in 2018 with a popcorn maker grew into years of learning, refining, and pursuing better coffee.
Unable to find the kind of specialty coffee we wanted locally, we began roasting our own. Today, we roast thoughtfully sourced coffees and share them with fellow food lovers who appreciate quality, craftsmanship, and connection.
We believe great coffee brings people together, creating space for meaningful conversations, community, and memorable experiences.
