Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you’re drinking.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we generally cannot accept physical returns. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to provide store credit so you can try something else.

If you receive coffee that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
