Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Roast & Shipping Schedule

Our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches every Friday and Saturday.

  • Orders placed by Thursday evening are typically included in that week’s roast.
  • Orders placed later may roll into then following week’s roast.
  • Shipments generally leave our facility Monday–Tuesday after roasting.

This schedule helps ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed according to our roasting schedule listed above. Once your coffee has been roasted and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are not currently offering international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
