Roasters Notes: This is admittedly my first time ever roasting coffee from Rwanda. I found it to have very classic chocolatey, sweet flavors but with a slight citrus pop in medium roasts that was too interesting to ignore. You can definitely enjoy this one black but it also makes for great milk-based drinks. If you are using it for espresso, make sure you let it rest at least a week from the original roast date.
