Roasters Notes: Honey process coffees undergo a hybrid dry and wet ferment process that leads to increased sweetness and body over typical washed coffees. This coffee is no exception, bringing forward great body for a creamy mouthfeel and a nice rounded sweetness to the cup. The hazelnut notes hit the spot and make you just want to sit in your favorite spot by the window with a good book. This coffee would go great with any milk-based beverages.
