The classic chocolatey and nutty profile pairs well with milk for creamy and delicious cappuccinos and lattes that taste almost like a mocha without the need to add any chocolate syrup. There's just enough acidity to punch through so you can still taste the coffee. As an espresso shot, this blend has strong notes of 85% dark chocolate with a plum-like tartness. It's got a beautifully thick crema and was pretty easy to dial in.
